Samoa Sevens Mizuno Green Boots

The Samoa national squads have a deal with Mizuno for kit. Thanks to this the Sevens squad in Scotland over the weekend of the IRB World Series 4/5 May 2012. Could be seen in a new colour range of the Mizuno Morelia Football Boots. These boots are not designed for rugby but ideal for the pacey players in the Sevens squad.

The Samoans who are big powerful and fast players had another great year on the circuit. They finished the 2011/12 series with a second place at Twickenham losing to Fiji their island neighbours in the final, a result which saw them miss out to England by 2 points and finish fourth for the year. No surprise they were out in the new boots again.

Mizuno Morelia Rugby Boots

Although the boots worn by the Sevens team are for Football, there are also versions of the Morelia which are for rugby and one of these is the Morelia Classic. This boot With a light weight full-grain leather upper offers players chance to appreciate the soft natural touch without compromising support and stability. The reinforced midfoot on the outsole has also been designed to withstand the demands and pressure associated specifically with rugby. A fashionable white and electric pink design is complimented by the Mizuno logo across the outsides of the boot. They also come in the more traditional black.
