FF80 Pro TRX Rugby Boots

adidas have now retired the FF80 replacing it with the Kakari Light, in essence the same boot with a new name, as adidas look to bring their rugby boots offer down to two names, Kakari and Malice, with different versions of the Kakari aimed at different players, the Kakari Light is for the loose forwards, the same as the FF80 Pro used to be:

Two years spent researching the specific requirements of loose-forwards resulted in the creation of the FF80 Pro, a lightweight yet durable boot with a unique stud configuration featuring 5 studs at the front and 2 at the back. The extra stud was designed first and foremost to increase traction when pushing at the back of the scrum or driving in mauls, while the Sprintframe construction and the lightweight 'Singmax' PU synthetic ensure top-end speed is never sacrificed.

adidas FF80 Features

Comfort is assured by the pre-moulded EVA sockliner and anti-slip inner, providing an optimal fit, while the boot is also compatible with adidas' miCoach technology, generating indepth feedback on performance for those looking to take their game to the next level.
