George North In Lions Adidas RS7 Rugby Boots

George North who came on in the Centre as a sub in Hong Kong last weekend could be seen wearing the British & Irish Lions special adidas RS7 rugby boots. The RS7’s look very striking in red, white and blue bringing out the colour scheme of the Lions.

George having come on to replace Jamie Roberts showed he can play at Centre with all the power and pace he brings to the wing, thus increasing the options for the coaches. Though he was on the wing for the second game in Perth against Western Force and he showed again what a handful he can be with some big carries and a couple of thumping tackles. Surely this performance did no harm to his credentials for a test slot.

Another of the Lions in the RS7 and on show in Perth was Manu Tuilagi. He showed some subtle touches as well as his well known thunder charges. He put Brian O’Driscoll through for a lovely try amongst others.
