The v1.11 Firm Ground (FG) or Soft Ground (SG) Football Boots are the 2011/12 season update to the v1.10 that was new in 2010 and worn by Shane Williams of Wales and the Ospreys and Paul Sackey of London Wasps and England. Both players are quick and light on their feet so needed a boot that enhances these attributes. The v1.11 is the 4th Generation of the v1 series, the v1.11 like it's predecessors is a fusion of speed and light weight.
The v1.11 come in a range of colours; Black/White/Blaze Yellow, White/Black.Dresden Blue and Fluo Green/Navy, they may be offered in further iterations as the season develops.
The v1.11 has their premium lightweight microfibre upper material, whilst the lace cover creates a smooth kicking surface and a unique look. With the one-piece outsole providing stability and support, utilizing a carbon fiber plate in the forefoot to minimize weight and to increase the reactivity in the flex area.
The v1.11 incorporates the third generation of PUMA's "UNI technology". This construction provides a snug fit by perfectly replicating the unique PUMA AptoLast. As Puma say: "The v1.11 was created with one thing in mind - to give you the confidence to be your fastest".
